About Me

Navigating the Journey to Wholeness

Each therapy session at Sanadoras Wellness is tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. I understand that healing is a deeply personal journey, and I honor the individuality of each person who seeks my support. Drawing from psychodynamic and spiritual social work teachings, I provide insights and perspectives that resonate with my clients, empowering them to gain clarity and self-awareness.

With an undergraduate degree in Sociology, culture and equity of marginalized individuals are central to how I personalize aspects of my therapeutic treatment style. Socioeconomic-competency, too, is a niche in my therapeutic delivery as individuals who may come from a legacy of generational financially secure kinships may experience a variety of adjustments in defining a separate identity or first-generation-professionals who may come from a legacy of generations termed 'lower-class' to 'upper middle-class' which may elicit sentiments of survivor's guilt whether self-imposed or imposed by family or community. Culture is inclusive of race/ethnicity, family, community or work. I believe that mental health shares a symbiotic relationship with culture - without equilibrium it becomes difficult to find peace and live a purpose fulfilled life.

Through collaborative engagement and compassionate guidance, I accompany my clients on their path to healing and transformation. I recognize that healing is not linear and that setbacks are a natural part of the process. With unwavering support and encouragement, I help my clients navigate challenges, build coping skills, and embrace their inner strength. At Sanadoras Wellness, I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, and I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
